An Unexpected Trip to CiLC

If you all have noticed, it should be 'CILC' right? But somehow I like to type it out like this 'CiLC'.
The letter "i" in lower capitals looks nicer than higher capitals...lol

Hence, it shall be "CiLC"... So, what IS CiLC then? It's a Premier Boarding School For Girls... Sigh, if only it's for boys too, don't get me wrong or anything. That campus is really really beautiful! Hahaha, before I forget, it's actually the Cempaka International Ladies' College, hence the CiLC... :P

So yeah, this trip was actually quite unexpected. It was just last Monday in school, and it just so happen that En. Raphael was going to the site of CiLC, and Voon Fei and I was like, "Can we go too?"... Since we gave him the "doggy eyes, filled with tears", he don't have the heart to say "NO!"... Wokay... that's so exaggerating .. :P, and just for those people who can't understand "my" humour, and sarcasm, NO we didn't do any of that sort... hahahah...

So, yeah... we went to the site, and I can visualize how beautiful the campus would be once it's ready. It's beyond grand... Here's some pictures I took at CiLC.

Fame and Platinum Penang 2009

Hmmm… It’s been quite a while since I’ve blogged about anything. I noticed it’s been a month since I’ve wrote anything in my blog. Hahaha. Ok, I shall have, yet, another recap of EVERYTHING… Or maybe almost everything which came into my mind. :)

First of all, a lot thank got CeMA is gone, but I still have to say my sleeping clock is still screwed up. :(

I’d like to thank all the cast and crew of my production for making the movie possible, without you all, we couldn’t have done this! :)

I can’t believe that Fame - The Musical is already over!!! I really really miss the Fame period so much! I miss the time with all of you, thanks for the memories!!! *sigh* I actually almost cried once the show was over. It just flew by so fast, time flies when you’re having fun, that quote is so true.

Damn, I still miss the times I had with my friends in the studio, making all those advertisements and trailers… and Momoko being herself cheering everyone up. The cookie mania!!! I love those cookies from “my-bits-n-bites”, I remember we ordered 100 cookies and finished them before you know it. All the sugar rush!.. XD

After the last show of Fame, after packing up, we headed down to Alexis for the finale party. It was awesome! Together with Voon Fei, Momoko, Rachel Lee, Bernard, Ellya... For the first time in my production life, I think our “kids” table made the MOST noise every, we laughed so loud, so randomly too… All thanks to Momoko and Voon Fei’s “ole”… hahaha… even Dr. Rizal gave us the stare, indicating that he was blur… :) Sorry Dr. Rizal… hahaha… But it was fun!!! We had milkshakes, ice creams, and nice yummy food there.

Once the party was over, everyone CIAO-ed!!!… and nope, Voon Fei and I didn’t go back home, cause the minute right after Fame was the first day of Platinum. So we didn’t get any sleep at all together with En. Raphael. It was quite a tiring day I swear!

Before we head of to Damansara Campus, we, as in me, Voon Fei and En. Raphael had a few rounds of Resident Evil 5 on his PlayStation 3. It was quite fun actually.. :)

So we reached Damansara, we left for LCCT, FINALLY… can sleep!.. :)

Then we TERBANG to Penang. Day One of Platinum!!! Yeah, Voon Fei and I was, yet again, being the staffs of the media crew.

The stayed over at the Paradise Sandy Beach Resort, it was quite an OK hotel. The only thing we liked about it is the internet accessibility!!! Hehehe… So the first day was more of the team building activities, ice breaking and all.

Oh… Oh… Oh… and I’m still with Team Charlie, awesome right!?!?! Same as last year!… :) So we had some beach activities and swimming stuffs. That’s it for day one.

For day three of the Platinum Expedition to Penang 2009, we have the WATER SPORTS… Lol… ok.. It was quite scary bringing out EXPENSIVE cameras to the sea on a boat which doesn’t look at all stable!. :S

After the first part of the day, the second part was the homestay activity… Ok, I know most of you all might hate it, but it was still fun in the end right?. :) They had the learn to do Silat and some Malay Traditional Dance… and of course, not forgetting the wedding ceremony :)

That’s the end of Day Three…For day Four, it was the IRONMAN challenge.. Jeng Jeng jeng… hehehe… I was in charge of the coconut checkpoint and also Checkpoint 6, yes, the best checkpoint every… the BEAN COUNTING checkpoint… :P I know most of the past platinum participants hates it.

For day Five, it was a CHILLING day, diving and snorkeling day at Pulau Payar, IN Langkawi…. The ferry to Langkawi wasn’t really that pleasant in the first trip, I swear it was more of a challenge to survive the first ride to Pulau Payar without throwing up, well, I survived it easily… :)… perasan… hahahah… then after that was the second part of fear factor at night….

And I just can’t believe that Platinum was almost over… It’s already day Six, the last and final day of Platinum and it’s the Amazing Race day! It was amazing!!!… The task they had to do was really fun, there was the Batik Painting, then making spices and tea, they also had to make roti jala and eat it later with some durian sauce to go with it, and it was AWESOME!!!! At least I feel that the amazing race box was slightly easier to be found in the fort… and the best was the Rojak eating task, the last of their task… I swear, it’s a freaking HUGE portion of which 2 person needs to indulge themselves to a plate… it was really yummy!!!… :)

Ok... It's been quite a WHILE since I've blogged about anything...

I just wonder did I lost the interest of blogging? Mysterious the question, it is indeed.

So, finally I'm done with CeMA, thank you all very much, the cast and crew of my mini "home-video" production, I really appreciate all of your efforts and contribution... Sigh...
Though editing and shooting did gave me quite a headache. In the end, I didn't sleep for 40 hours and didn't even eat for 33 hours without realising.

The only person who actually teman me up in the wee hours of the morning was Amanda and Hsuby... but most of it was with Amanda, while the *cough* REST *cough* was SLEEPING... hahaha...

We're so suffering inPoshnia *insomnia*, just that we used the word Posh for we are following london's time... hahaha...

But at least everything is DONE finally, 720p24 @ 1280x720 at 24 frames per second movie.
What I really like is the Spine Tingler movie, not the story, just how it's editted. Go Beruang and Seladang, both of you two rocked too!!... :)

Gosh... quite a lot to blog about.... There was Save the World
was in Damansara helping out for the whole week...

yeah, it was a fun exhibition, really... got to play NAZI zombie with En. Raphael, hangged out with friends...and yes I'm so so so obsessed with McFlurrys... My neighbour wanna sell those cute awesome lovable tiny fluffy months old puppies... YEAH... see the picture... awesome right?!?!

See.. damn cute... ok...i wanna keep one of those puppies!!! but i already have 2 dogs at home...

Anyways... they wanna sell those puppies for RM750, not the white one though.... SO if any of u all are interested... do contact me..

My gosh... I think it's been like a MASSIVELY long time since I've updated my AWESOME™© blog... Hehehe...

Ok, let's see... where should I begin?

Ok, so the whole of last week I was at Cempaka Damansara!!! *P.S : Don't believe the rumors that I'm not a new Damansara Student, hehehe*

hahaha, yes.... I'm 'the' new transfer student there... LOL, been there since Tuesday till Friday. Was there on a project for our 'Save the World' event which is happening now at Bangsar Village II!!!
So yeah... Been there since morning till 6pm?

I really appreciated it, I owe you lunch... :)

I think it's the first time actually feeling the 'damansara' spirit, it's So SO So different compared to Cheras's one, I really missed it now!!!.. :(

Other than doing the STW projects, I also managed to have a glimpse of their ThinkCon quiz, their debate, and so much more!!!... :D

I also had the pleasure to catch up with some friends. Hsu Yin, Catherine, Turkey Yeong Shin, Andrea, Juanita, Jennifer, ANDREEEW WOOOOOO, Ji Lian, Wei Yun, Shin yi, Natasya, and many many many more... LOL,... traalalala... :)

HAHAHAH then we left BV at around 8pm i guess... ordered McDonalds... hehehe... then WHACKED it at en. raphael's house...

Now for Saturday... woke up FREAKINGLY late... about 11am... hahaha... washed up... then went straight to En. raphael's House by lunch... weeee.... hehehe... Mrs. Melor finished the cookies by then already, and it was AWESOME!!!!

We started off with the March Pass competition, and boy, all the houses did a spectacular performance yesterday. With Cheras's Selandang with their Oriental feel, to Helang's fierce Warriors, to Beruang's Flash Back to the pass, to Harimau's Topsy Turvy.

And then, for Damansara's Seladang with their wanna-be 007 James Bonds of Casino Royal, to Beruang's Fun Fair *if i'm not mistaken*, to Harimau's ChinaTown, to Helangs cute Toy Shop!... :D

Everyone did such an awesome shows, which blew the hats off the judges, well... I think...

Wow... I can't remember where I last BLOGGED-ED...

Ok... Let's start with last week's SPM study skillz!... :D

NoW 7 days ago, back into the future, I/We had our first and last SPM study skills....

*Alright already, cut that trailer-ish narations and sound effects crap*...LOL

hahaha, anyways... let's talk about my transportation... Voon Fei and I were smart enough to wait for the Van... hehehe, for both Friday and Saturday... well... the rest had to SUFFOCATE in the BUS filled with CO2 GAS!!!.. Jeng Jeng Jeng!… hahaha… gosh… that bus was like THE UTMOST hottest bus ever!

Ok…. So yeah…. The van was cool and had the most important thingy equipped… which made our lives more comfortable during our LONG yet short journey to DAMANSARA CAMPUS!!!!… Wooot!!! I LOVE that school… hahaha… Dang.. If only I went there since form 1… :(…

And I swear… their drinks section is like walking into a Seven-Eleven store!!!
NO comparison with cheras campus… :(...hahaha

So basically… it was MOTIVATING… I think… I guess… well.. It should be right?

Time warps to Wednesday… It was sports rehearsals and also Cheerleading… :D

Ok… so sports rehearsal wasn’t much… what I was really looking forward to was the cheerleading part… *yes people, I will facebook my pictures of u sexy ladies and also guys. Too *

For sports rehearsal… I didnt do much… was hanging around…. With Jack, amanda, Hsuu, andrew woooooo, mr ash, yada yada yada...lol….

Woo... two little girls playing.. HAHAHA... so random.. :D

But the most interesting part of sports rehearsal was the tug of war… whereby 2 houses becomes VERY VERY childish to fight over the rope… :D… hehehe
The CHEERLEADING TIME….. I really really pity Andrew and En. Hermi, they were like stuck at one position all the time… whoosh… thank god I was smart/dumb enough to roam around back stage… :D I got a LOT of amazing pictures with some lens flare too.. :D…

Congratulation to BOTH the SELADANGs from both campuses… this year it truly the year of the ox… dominating everything…. And to all the other houses, you’ve all did great too!!! It was a spectacular performance people!!!

Day 2 :... But this time it's Low Yat...

Day 2 of the PIKOM PC fair @ KLCC, yet again, not KL City Center, but KL Convention Center.... :D

And this time... I'm gonna hit to Low Yat with En. Raphael to get our goodies, since Low Yat is competing with the PC Fair, so it's slightly cheaper than normal, but worth it instead of weaving in the huge crowd at the fair...

Woke up, changed... then went straight to En. Raphael's house... Played RainBow 6 for a while on his PS3... Hehehe... Guess what's for lunch?... MASH SMASHED BASHED up potatoes!!!!.. WOO!!!.. My favourite!!!.. *drools* Can't wait to devour it...:D-PS3 Controller... hahah.. Wireless-

Not forgetting the One and only the almighty TAFFY the clown... hehehe

So... about 11:45 a.m... we left and headed to Plaza Low Yat.... and I swear... when I got there... Low Yat is NOT crowded for a Saturday.... WOo!!...SO good....ahahahahha... I bet everyone is at the PC fair...

So... our goal time was to get our stuffs within the hour... but... yeah... we left 2 and a half house later... HAHAHA...lol.... We went window shopping first before we invade the right shop to STEAL their goodies.... En. Raphael got a 320gb WD 2.5" HDD for Melor, and also a cooling fat too.... hahahaha.... And i got my 500gb WD 2.5" HDD too, and also 4 gb kit Kingston KTA 667 MHz RAMs.... FINALLY... after a year..... AHAHHAHA...lol

But i cant find a firewire 400 case for my HDD yet... :'(...sad right?

After that's done... time to HEAD back to his house.... to get some GRUB...hahahha.... it's gonna be awesome!!!

Guess waht???... THE FOOD... u can SMELL it... it's TORTURING you if you were to stare at it.... *drools*

Ok... anyways... Good Friday is supposed to be a sacred day of some sort which i'm quite lazy to define... :D... and it's also a Holiday for my schooll... YAY... that's only the important part...hahaa

So... Did Ching Ming with my dad, uncle, and grand uncle.. :D... After that's done... Wooo...

PC fair time!!!... at KLCC... no it's not Kuala City Center, but Kuala Lumpur Convention Center... hahahaha... Ironic much?... I cant believe that it was SO SO SO empty.... i mean... i havent been to a deserted PC fair ever in my life.... BUT... speaking of the devil... amazingly out of NO WHERE... it became very crowded... lol... GOSH.. lunch crowd much?...hahah.... didn some surverying there... was quite pissed at those sales personals... it's like.... there's more sales person than the customers themselves...hahaha.... And imagine celcom competing with Wimax comepeting with Maxis...lol...

Not only that... most of the salesWOman are STUPID.... i mean... they look good... but... knows nothing... they cant even sell good for crying out loud.... i mean... ok... I went to a Nikon booth just for fun to ask the price of a D90 body.... then she was like... u want to know the D90 body or the D90 only?... I mean... waht's the differnce?... Hahaha.... then she went back to her superivsor... then came back... and started pressing his calculator to calculate her commision and profit... but she was like... press press press... aiya.. press wrong... then repeat that step 5 times... that's like SO stupid....in the end... she gave me a ridiculous price... GO FLY KITE la....lol

Well...my dad did bought somehting there...hahha.... :D... at the Panasonic booth... woo... two tvs.... and i've really nothing to say...hahha

He got a 32 inch LCD... and another 42 Inch Plasma.... all less than 5.5k... free goodies?... A nice panasonic handy camera...lol... 720i definition only..lol... hdmi cable... a monster giant s-video cable.... quite an interesting offfer.. :D

so... now.. tomorrow *in other words today* i'm heading to en. raphael's house... play some games?... then go straight to PC fair to get our goodies...hahaha

Ok... So... I shall rewind time, and travel back into the past...

It was a nice, Sunday, 5th of April... Ok.... fine... it wasn't bloody nice... it freakingly poured like mad... so... delayed my "visiting" time with some of my old Ex-Cempakans who are now in TIS... or also widely, i think, known as Tanarata International School, somewhere far far away, in Kajang... Hahhaa...lol... So... yeah...

Anyways, it's supposed to be Carlson's birthday party today, or so that day...but... yeah...lol... anyways... fast forward.... it was around 10 something at night...hahaha... then i finally got my ass out of the house and hunt them down.... So... yeah... I heard "who is that?" when i bumped into them.... then only Joanne asked "is that vince?"...hahhaha... well... i wasnt surprised when they did say that.... it was in the middle of the night....hahha

So... got to catch up with Joanne and Isabella.... grr... both harimaus...haha... and not only that, i finally got to know Annatashia... And isn't she like the MOST adorable-est person every... she like so CUTE...hahahaha... anyways... i also got to met a new friend... the one... and great and almight.... REZA.... hahaha....

So... actually joanne wanted to see my new camera only that day, so... yeah... brought them over to my house... my bike got stolen by reza and friends..lol.... sad isnt it...... JoJo and Ana met my dog... and they thought it was like stilla puppy or something.... GIZMO, you're an OLD fat DOG and MUTT... hahhaa... they didn't believe me when i told them that she was 20 years old...lol..

Meanwhile... while waiting for Reza and Bella to find my house... Joanne and Ana was playing with my dog... then Ana wanna meet SHOWIE... the sad little cute Shih Tzu puppy... who barks at anything.... so... Ana was actually quite scared..... but when she realized that it was leashed up... she was reliefed... so... she over come her own fear and proceed forward, with a mop on her hand, for protection...

BUT...

Amazingly... when she move forward like... eer... one step?... Showie started barking like mad.... then mana aku tahu, tiba tiba Annatashia go throw the mop and started running up to a table... HAHAHA... it was like a MILLION dollar sight!!!!... she was like Scared to BITS and pieces..... hahhaa... DAMN it was so cute.....

Anna spoilt my Gizmo.. gah... she's already spoilt by us anyways... an attention seeker doggy...hehhehehe.....

After SOOOOOOOOOOOO long.... finally we can officially announce the arrival of YBhg. Datin Isabella and YBhg. Datuk Reza... after taking the LONG way to my house in stead of taking the short route...hahahhah!!!

So... after the chitty chatty period is over in my house.... i dropped by to Carl's house.... hahaha.... and we played UNO cards together with Jo, Reza, bella.... i swear.... i was like DAMN jakun when playing it.... i didnt know the 2 new power cards... and also it had an automated UNO card distributor... i mean... it was so cute....

All u jsut need is to press the button, then it'll feed you the cards.... you can be very lucky not to get any cards at all... but i swear, it can be a killer since it can throw 8 cards out from it's deck to you.... Gosh... imagine if that UNO machine hates you so much....

ahhhaa.... so.. guess that;s waht happened that day sunday... :D... woooo

We did quite reasonably well... ok... maybe not... hahaha... At least scored nothing right???.. ok.. that was stupid.. but yeah... HAHHAHA.... LOL..... Ok... i swear... it's damn freaking tiring... swimming.. then floating... then threading in water... gah!!... I rather drown... .. I was the goalie for 2 matchs... and i swear.... I got whacked in the freaking face monkey times just to save the stupid ball.... SHould've jsut ignored it... gah... it hurts!!... well... it was hurting..

Hell Yeah... The heading says it all!!!

Well, I know we can't hold the title for long, it's time to retire and move on... Congratz to both Seladangs of Cheras and Damansara for their remarkable performance and hard work!!!

So... Today was the first day of the Game Carnival 2009!!! This would be, yet again, another one of my 'first and last' House Deco... It's damn sad wei... Trying to make the best out of my last year... :'(

Somehow I kind of dislike our theme this year... I mean... It may be cool and all, but why of all things 'Warriors', I'm so gonna have a tough time making THE movie for it... *Sigh*... So...
Anyways, the rest of the themes for the other houses were as followed:-

In the end, I bet all of us had a lot of fun making all the props! I kinda like playing with the cute, weird, yet interesting War Strategy Board of Legions and the Legionaries...

So, Seladang are going PAWN everyone this time, of so it seems... Hehehe...Lol... Well.. the fortune is with them, it IS the year of the OX... :D

Helang got 2nd position, and beruang with 3rd position... and the winner... SELADANGS.... *cheers* *Mexican waves*

Ye Old Good times & yummy FOOOD!!!

Gosh... Reminds me of the times putting up the nights at En./Mr. Raphael's house... The good old times last year.

Last year I had to make a HARD decision... and I really hated it! but still... both of the options has some nice goodies lying behind it... It was the last week of West Side Story, I was actually getting into the mood and feel of it, and it was AWESOME... but then, I had to choose one of the two options:-
1. Leave WSS and miss the good times & the finale show and hit to Singapore to attend a close friend's wedding.

-or-

2. Made a factual excuse to Not attend the wedding in Singapore, and tent in En. Raphael's house, fully equipped with entertainment and everything, and have the opportunity to be and witness the finale of West Side Story.

It took me actually a week to decide... I really don't know which to choose... Both of the options stated above are a "once a life time" event... But in the end, I finally decided option 2... and I DID NOT and WILL NOT and SHOULD NOT regret it... ahahahaha

I took a 3 days 2 nights premium package at En. Raphael's Helang Hotel at The Tamarinds... His house was LOVELY, that package included many mouth drooling accomodaitons!!! Worth up to more that you can ever imagine... well... that's exagerating... Hahahaha... PS3, a wall to CONTENG on, a nice cute old Taffy whom failed to take the role as King Kong *inside joke*, LOVELY food, and transportation, and COD4, MGS4... DAMN!!!

It's a memory worth while KEEPING... hehehehe

I swear... the food Mrs. Melor, En. Raphael's sayang, made was and still is AWESOME... especially those mouth drooling COOKIES!!!... and OH!!!... Not forgetting the mash potato!!!...

Argh!!!... I WANT!!!

Anyways.... back to the present... I had the "so called" oppertunity to write an article on En. Raphael's 'one-of-his' speciality, which also include accidentally burning down the kitches, which I highly doubt so....

'Roast thyme flavoured chicken with grosted garlic, carrots and whole mushrooms with some lovely green side salad of rocket.'

The ingredients and steps are unfortunately a classified information which would lead to death if one were to know it's contents... Hahaha...

And the long awaited results of a long slow roast....

Mouth drooling ain't it? Those rockets could blow you mouth sky high... Carrots that could turn you inside out... with those whole mushrooms that give the same result when consumed by the Mario Brothers... Not forgetting the CHICKEN!!!... though I bet there were non left unconsumed on the plate, except for the bones of course...

Oh.... and guess what he had for lunch yesterday?...
Somewhat a very similar dish made by Mrs. Melor... BUT LOOK WhAT IT CONTAINed!!!
THere's MASH!!!... The mash, i swear, it's SO SO SO nice!!!.. it just smelts when it's in your mouth... GAWSH!!!..... Once you start, there's no stopping you till the last bit is GONE...

SO... yeah... En. Raphael had his lovely time taunting me with all these awesome pictures of what he had... PURPOSELY!!!... Did you know that it's called cyber bulling? I shall report you, unless my demands are met... A Spoon full of mash and a cookie... :D.. deal?...

It was 'Soil TIME' yesterday!!!... 8:30P.M to 9:30P.M...

My whole house darkens phase by phase... It looks so creepy... VERY creepy, it's too BIG!!! I need a small simple house... hehehehe

So, candles are quite useful at this point. My maid was actually somehow quite happy of Earth Hour... She was like, switching off every light... I was watching Nationational Geographic Channel about Earth Hour, she watching it for a while with me... Then... *beep*... the TV was off... Damnit... *Shouldn't have taught her how to switch it off... Ha ha ha ha*

My mum, maid and I was around the Candle lit table, doing nothing but looking at the lit candle... hahaha... So weird...

Then I ran to the penthouse too look at the distance, and I was not surprised that it was still quite bright... Ha ha ha, I bet no one give a shit about Earth Hour... Gawsh... Even my neighbours didn't give a damn...

The clock struck 9:30P.M., it chimed... my house lighten itself phase by phase again... And it doesn't look that scary now...

BUT THEN...

I pushed the button... *Click*... and *puff* the ELCB went *Ka-dush!*... I could see nothing but the blue-ish lights of my C-Bus light console... I went, 'Aww dammit, not again'.... I untrip the ELCB at the basement, then went back to switch on the garden lights...

*click*... but then, NOTHING HAPPENED... I thought maybe the outdoor lights got tripped, but then... NO... they didn't...

too my horror, it was the C-Bus system that got fried and went *∞#¢¥√&^€¡ˆËﬂ*... so basically, all of the lights that was controlled by that smart home system DIED... So much for SOIL TIME... Luckily my house alarm didn't trip, or else I can't disarm it since the 'CRAPPED UP' C-Bus died....

Sheeeesh!!!

Now my garden looks damn creepy, it's so dark and spooky if you're out there alone...

Anyways... back to the present...

D90 Rocks... :D

New Goodies worth of 5 Chirstmases combined

Well, after months of researching online, precious moments of asking my friend's reviews and comments of DSLRs. I've made a conclusion of getting the Nikon D90.

The Nikon D90 is actually the boby brother to the Nikon D300, it almost has everything that came with the D300. It's not a full frame camera, unlike Voon Fei's Canon EOS 5D Mark II, so which means all the lens that I use with my D90 has a crop factor of x1.5... In other words, I don't get what I see through a Full Frame ViewFinder Camera.

The D90 has a CMOS DX Sensor, with an outstanding 12.3 MP. What's interesting about this camera is that it has the ability to record videos at 720p... A HD camera... :D

=-This is what I bought-=

Ok...I only got the D90 body, so it's close to useless without any lens... I also got 3 other lens
Two Nikon lens, and one Sigma Lens...:D

hahaha, These lens can form a staircase.. :D

So, the first lens is the Nikon 50mm f/1.8, a.k.a prime lens, or a portrait lens....
This is a really really cool lens as it gives a great big aperture with the size f/1.8, thus, giving you a nice "bokeh"...hehehe... look up google for the meaning of bokeh... A gread portrait lens!

The second lens I got is the Sigma 17-70mm DC MACRO, f/2.8-4.5...
This shall be my standard lens which I shall carry everywhere with it, it gives a nice basic zoom range, suitable for all. What also interest me is that it has a Macro function at all zoom range, and I LOVE taking Macro shots. It has a minimum focus distance of 20cm only!!!

Last but not least, my third lens I got is the Nikkor 70-300mm ED VR, f/4.5-5.6G AF-s lens.
This is an AWESOME and a valued for money zoom lens!!! It give a great zoom range, with built in Vibration Reduction. Great for Sports, Racing, and a lot more!!!

So here's the summary picture of what I have...

The other stuffs I bought are the UV filters for all the three lens, and the basic cleaning kit.

All of these items was bought from YL Cameras at Pudu Plaza, KL... Look up www.ylcamera.com.my for more of their products... So, in total all of the above items cost a BOMB!!! It's about one semester in Cempaka!!! RM8, 000/=

Anyways... all this isn't possible if my dad and mum didn't contribute some of their $$$$.... hehehe

Ok... it's been such a while since I've touch my blog... hahaha... Exams sucks.... Ok... so I shall cram up everything since last Friday after the exams.. :D

=-School, Leisure Mall, Steamboat Gathering, Genting Highlands-=

(3.30pm-4.30pm)Ok, just after the exams, 3:30pm-4:30pm, hanged out with cat-the-convict up at
the CPAC level, waiting for Mr. Andrew... Hahaha...lol... then went back to the bus stop, got my clothes from my driver then head to the lockers to change myself.. :D

(4.30pm-7.30pm)We headed straight to GameBox near Leisure Mall with Fan Jun, Michael Lee and of course Myself... LOL... we booked 2 computers there first while Fan June was having his guitar lessons. So we played in that CRAPPED up CyberCafe, I mean It was so delapitated wei!!!.. THE worse of the worst... It's a gay place now... then Fan Jun join us and opened up another terminal... After an hour or so, We met Weng Kee and Hon Keat in GameBox, played DotA and Counter Strike.... then we LEFT that place... without paying... I'm not gonna pay for some crapped up computers.... Then we head to Leisure Mall, hang around up there... then we head to the meeting place

(7.30pm-9.oopm) Had steamboat there, the food was alright i guess..... Hahhaa... After that.... GENTING HIGHLAND TIME!!!...lol

(9.30pm-5.30am) Fan Jun's mum picked us up, then straight we hit for Gentings.... About close to a 2 hour drive.... Chat in the car... the we REACHED up genting... woo hoo!!...

(continuation)bought a late night movie... Premium ticket.. :D... watch DragonBall... LOL.. that show was ok.. then we jsut walked around.... jsut before the movie started... we had some starbucks... i had a Mocha.. HOT... woo.. NICE.... then... we head back to our rooms... washed up showed up.... did some push ups too... Hahahhaa... then... WE WENT TO THE CYBERCAFE there..LOL.. Hahha... it was quite fun... then most of the time they hang out at the arcade... lol..... then at 6pm we had dinner with june's family at SuShi king.... hahaha.. :D... after that.... we're on our own as they went for a concert... so we took some pictures at those japanese photo booths ish.... hahhahaha... then i bought more tickets to watch Race up to Witch Mountain.... hahaha... while waiting... i went up to Fan Qian's room... then SLEPT there.. hahah..lol... her maid was watching the tele.... ahahah... Jerry was being annoyinly cute and adorable.. Hahhaa... playing with his toy gun..lol... then.... it was about time... we hit the cinema.. LOL... i swear.... that show was awesome...hahaahah..... But the best part was...

... WHEN that outta space alien kid got out of the taxi to stopped that SUV vehicle chasing the taxi dude... I swear.... once the SUV hit that boy... the 3D visuals and effects was AWESOME!!!... it burst into bits and pieces... but the part was when michael shouted : Wo!!! TIADA RASA".. Hahaha... the silent theater broke into laughters... hahaha.. I mean... it was so DAMN funny.. hahaha... Lol... well... after that... we called it another night.... then it was time to go back... so the end... hahha......

Damn... I feel damn lazy to write out everything..hahah

on Tuesday till wednesday... .. stayed over at Xin Huang's place at country heights... Lol... hahaha... we some other bunch of old schoolmates.. :p

Anyways, I've finally gotten my earphones... SONIC GEAR... wooooo!!!... Noise reduction, bass enhancement, plus treble booster..... SWEET..... ok... but it was crap... well... not the earphones... but about what happened today.... it was quite stupid actually....

So... I was like so happy about it, then i left my earphones *which was still in the BOX*, brand NEW!!!... i left it there, with my bag and stuffs, then went of to practice for the talent time audition later on that day.... when school ended, I went back to class to get my stuffs.

BUT!!! *JENG JENG JENG*.... the earphone box was GONE!!!... I can't believe that people are so DESPERATE to steal stuffs... it's like... oh come on man!!!..... Greedy bastards!... sheesh..

He/She had the freaking courtesy to open my box, took out the earphones, the eear plugs, and the casing.... then take the box with him/her.... Isn;t that like stupid?!?!?.... and my earphone was left under the desk....

well.. at least i didnt lose them... it's so ExPeNsIvE!!!...Hahaha

Anyways... If i DO catch you, trust me, you wouldn't wanna mess with me. I can just Suspend you from school with a snap of a finger, and if you DO HAVE a face problem, i might dig up some dirt on you and possibly expel you for good...

Swimming Gala...

Okay... So, it was Swimming Gala today for the year 2009... I thought we had a slight chance of NOT getting last, maybe third placing would do... Looks like my assumptions were wrong, again.
Is it really really REALLY that tat hard just to not get first from the last? Ok, anyways today was quite fun, to be honest... I really enjoyed my last Swimming Gala. But I am proud that Seladang got first for Swimming Gala, they took the cup, and I bet they earned it!!! :D

So, I got up pretty *cough* early *cough*, yes... well... maybe a wee bit late, but still... Hahaha...
Got up about 6:16a.m., got ready... had my breakfast, then poped by Shin Yi's house to thumb a ride... hahaha....

Once I got to school, I noticed that it was pretty late, but, lol... Still... I managed to had 2 laps just to warm up..... :D... I brought THREE bags of POPcorn... hahaha... to sell...they were yummy!!! But I'm not sure what did our Helang booth did to them... lol...

Well, it was time to register myself for my up coming events that I'm taking part in, which are the 25m and 50m frontcrawl under 20 years boys... and also the 4x25m rely frontcrawl... I was freaking nervous actually, since it's my first and last year taking part for the Swimming Gala.... Lol... It's nerve WRECKING!!!

Ok, so basically when it was my turn, I was like "I'm gonna die" sorta thing... lol... all I know that my diving isn't superb at all, so what the point of not knowing how to dive, I'm alright with the swimming part, but I LOSE out a lot on diving.

When it was the 50m frontcrawl, I was like diving like an ass again... Sheesh... but manage to catch up... then somehow I dont know what made me not tumble turn at the end of the pool, sheesh, I wasted more time there again.... and also halfway back, I was gasping for air underwater, and chocked, drank water... hell!!!... It was so scary...

But we did pretty well on the 4x25m frontcrawl rely, just that we lose out a bit on the first swimmer of the rely, else we could have gotten GOLD... woo Hoo!!!!

Anyways, aside from the competition itself, there were like jumble sale going on, FOOD and DRINKS and GAMES and FUTSAL....hahaha... quite interesting, Shin Yi and her gang of CCB thugs *hehehe* were like selling Dominoes, yummy... haha... then the Helang booth selling random food...lol... and the YJC editorial damansara were selling hotdoggies.. :D...

Then, that's about it i guess.

Lol... ok... The title was just very random. It's plain and it's irrelevant to anything content in this post...Hhaahah

Anyways, yesterday I went up to Cempaka Damansara at D'sara Height, it's been a while since I've last been there... maybe the last I was there was last year, the day just right before the first day of Platinum 2008... AHahaha....

THIS time I manage to get a slightly closer look at that schoool during school hours, and i SWEAR how lucky i felt studying in Cheras.... I mean.... I didn't realise that the classes there were like... way way way smaller.... It's like the school almost utilized every inch of the land that Damansara has.... Anyways.... I went there together with four 5th floor staffs, and the rest are all probates and prefects....it's like WTF? I'm like so the odd one out... Hahaha... there was David, Catherin, Juu Ann, Voon Fei, Melody and Melanie , a.k.a M&Ms, and also Azlin.... hahah...

I swear........that trip to damansara was FRIGGING boring... it's the all of us were silent during the whole journey... the WHOLE trip...

Basically my team went there to see how was the settings of Cempaka Scene there, their system is pretty interesting.....but could be ruined if i had my scissors....LOL... and also to interview a guest of honour there, YBhg. Datin Paduka Marina Mahathir....

Anyways.... I manage to bump into quite some of my friends...lol.. first was Sandra Dooiiiiiii... then the list goes on and on an on.... I Saw Hsu Yin, Sheun Fang, Yeong Shin, Hazel, Shin Yi, Andrea-the-Tiny, gracEy, and also not forgetting amanda Choooooooooooong... :D.... and also more...

But seriously, i find this quite funny... once after that assembly was over.... we packed up the studio then head of fer lunch... then there was like a prefect who approached towards me, and the she started saying, "Flip your card.".. I was like so blur and went "whaa??" then she continued with the same sentence over and over again... then she went flipping my smartcard......then i jsut realised that it was terbalik....hahaha...then all of a sudden she go ask me if i was a Cheras Student pulak.... My freaking tie was like starring at her wei... Then i went 'yeaaaaaah"...and she was like 'Oh...eer...ok"... then she left...ahahah..lol...i find that incident damn funny....lol

I hate that gay strap for our smartcards, it jsut keeps on turning the face of our cards over....

And also NOT FORGETTING the FOOD there..it was SO SO good...way way wAAAAAAAAAAAY better than cheras's ration...hahah....lol...and their drink section was like HEAVEN.... so many choices .....it's like OMG!!!.... walmart shoppping for a quick drink.... and cheras was like...eer... one fridge FULL of cold, yet very warm mineral water...eeer... milk?..and vitagen?..and that;s it...no more no less...i'm like WTF, common man!!!...that sucks

Anyways, today was our 2009 swimming gala trials,
and i was FORCED to come...hahaha.. See...helang so mean to me... xD
So....hmmm... this is what i did for the whole day

Arrived in school.... the first person to say hi to me was Yeong Shin... hahaha... Then the second was Hsubi-dooby-dooo..... I gather up with my Helang kaki.... the best part was that there was only 2 of us only!!!.. It's like damn sad wei!!..... but then they all slowly arrived...so...the number of them presence isn't that bad la... haha....

Then the trial starts.... first up was the primarys...then I wait...waited...and more waiting...lol (haha...what sorta grammar error is that? xD)... so..talked to Andrew while he was snapping some pictures.... then we raided the IT lab in search for the old legendary iMacs... hahah...
Then back to the pool..

So, it was finally secondary student's turn.... the first style i swim was freestyle...and BOY i was SLOW..i got 13.5seconds/25metre.... Gee... that;s very slow right???... then the next i did was froggy style.... which came up to about 22-23 seconds/25metre....so seriously..i felt as if i was a snail..

THEN THE END!!.... no more swimming...lol

Hahaha.... Got up about 9:30a.m yesterday...

Then picked up my neighbour and straight up to SUNWAY...lol... and of course my brother as my chauffeur for the day...xD...lol!

So once we got there.... both of us went to the arcade first while waiting for the rest of the crusaders... After about an hour or so... THEY FINALLY came...hahaha

So all in, there's about 9 of us hanging out at Sunway... The first "things-2-do" for that day was to catch a movie...:D... We picked up some tickets for "The Spirit"... Hell that was a nice and funny show to watch...but if you can't understand the show, you'd curse like hell and thought it was freaking boring..which most of my friends found it B-O-R-I-N-G!!!...well..not me...heheheh...lol

After that we went to Friday's for lunch....and there goes our Ice Skating.....lol...sob sob sob..no ice skating cause there wasn't enought time... Gosh...for the price of Friday's food...I'd rather go to Alexis or some other place.... it was Expendsive!!...haha...With the "D"...so it's expenDsive....hahha

So I ordered an Orangeade...it was YUMMY!!!...lol.... it was mixed with fresh orange, water, sprite/7 up...and ice blended...hehehe...

And i also ordered a Jack Daniel's Burger....
And HUGE it was...well...not as huge as gracEy's burger....lol

I'm finally back from my Gold Expedition trip as a student-staff...:D
It was awesome!!! I had so much fun there... hiking up to Laban Rata from Timpohon Gate, then to Low's Peak from Laban Rata, then back to Timpohon gate....It was such a great experience!

I'm too tired to post up any pictures today, but' I'll do it sooner or later...:D
I took mostly the scenery and great NIGHT PICTURES!!!!!...yeah!!!!

Oh-kay, seriously, I don't know where to start or how to begin...hahaha...

Anywayz, as you all can/should be able to see that i'm back from Platinum Expedition to Malacca!!...hahahaha

It was a seriously freakingly goshly amazingly fun there!!! Met so many new people, learnt so many new stuffs, heck it even change me slightly...hahaha...lol.

Day 1, I got into the bus, and depart from Cempaka Cheras....hahaha...and I sat beside Voon Fei all the way till Malacca. So, only 4 students went there as Staffs and I'm one of them..hehehe

we were all basically cameramans theres, so I bet that the total amout of equipment that we brought there should be maybe around RM65, 000....Yes....thats A LOT!...hahahahah
Lets list down the stuffs we brought there, MacBook Pro, Canon 350D, Nikon D200, FujiPix S9600, PD-1700 3CCD video camera, 7 handycam videocamera, 1 GPS, 1 libec tripod, may some other nicknack that i'm missing out...lol

Hello, let's see if I can get myself back to the blogging world....hahaha

Ok, now I'm gonna talk about Everything I know of....hahaha

But first of all, here are the progress of the upcoming Cempaka Box Office Production 2008 - West Side Story.

As you can see....it's actually NOTHING but some random picture i took...hahaha...Lol....well....this is it, but there are new changes lately, in these pictures, the stage isn't what it looks like now....Now it has changed into something so much nicer which you can't imagine....hahah...ok...that exggarating a bit already...

And what exactly is my role? Well...Firstly, if I do tell you, then i HAVE to kill you...hahahhahahah.....

Ok...fine..... actually, down the corridores of our school, Cempaka Cheras,

There's a well hidden room somewhere virtually over the rainbow, hiding away from sight and from anyone's knowing.
Actually, most people think we are just some rifrafs hangging around doing nothing just to get our names in the Credits. ACTUALLY YOU ALL ARE FREAKING WRONG!!!!
Yes, I did actually shout! Since MOST of you all DON't even know what we do!

We are actually considered as part of the school DTP's personals.
We are also in charge of some of the techical parts, which involve a bit of the sound crew, Lightning crew, videography crew, editor crew,..... you name it, it's there, all the stuffs which involves back stage stuffs,

Here's 2 pictures of my senior editor which we are in charge of making the cinematic trailers, the making-of movies, cool/lame/funny adverts for WSS, Music video and more, in the broadcasting studio, a place where non of your houses have these equipment.

Here's all the equipment that we work on during editing. This not a mock up, but it's in fact true and REAL....

All of these equipment cost well over around RM55 000..... YES...more than the budget of the props and costumes itself!....a around the same budget as what the CPAC crew gets.

And thats not including the software that we are using, that figure stated above is merely only the rough figure of the hardwares that we use.

Here's once again, 2 picture of my Senior editor, Voon Fei, he works with 2 Macs currently, one is the PowerMac and the other is his MacBook..... this is just only a simple video editing routine.

And if you could see we actually use a 3.2 Terra byte harddisk.....YES...3.2 Terra Byte....or in other words...3200 Gigabytes....

What am I? I am not god that's for sure...haha...I'm actually their team leaader who DOES NOTHING AT ALL!!! And if i really do hear people say that i'm a kalefeh there....GO DIE! and i'm serious about it.... that what I'm seriously fucking hell fed up of!!..listening to that crap...just that we dont get much exposure at ALL.....

The Fantastic Contraption.

Finally, after many days and hours spent on this game, I've finally compile a list of solution to this game called, 'Fantastic Contraption'. It's a cool IQ game which challenges your own creativity and to explore the unexplored terrains, unleashing your creativity by completing this game without building your contraption/idea out of the work space/area given.

Here's an overview and the aim of this game.

It's basically a game in which you need to build a contraption to get the "Red ball/cube/rectangle shape" object and move it into the "Red Zone", which is your goal or aim.

And how to get our Targeted object into the Red Zone?

Simple, using with a little neuron power of yours and the objects given to solve the puzzle.

Here is an overview of those objects that you can use. There's a normal blue ball, a yellow clockwise turning ball, and a pink/purple anticlockwise turning ball. Lastly, there's two kind of connectors or axle, one is a kind of axle which can't be interfered by anything and the other can.

So basically you can make any design or contraption just to solve the puzzle, it can be means by dragging it, or launching it into air just to get to the Red Zone.

Gosh... Time seriously flys too god damn fast!

The one week of holidays had evaporated just one minute ago, and tomorrow everyone is going to be or assumed to be back in school... Sad isn't it?

Why do time fly? How does time maps itself? Can we fly time? Can we map time? Fly a map? Map a fly? Time a fly? Time a map? Map a fly to time? Time a fly to map?

Somehow 'map', 'fly' and 'time' are somehow interrelated one way or another... but amazingly there's still no proof or evidence about it what so ever.

Finally... back to school...can enjoy the Studio again... reasonably good speakers controlled using the Studio's mixer which the audio is jacked using 35mm to either Voon Fei's or my Apple Laptops, filled with medium high quality songs, m4a, mp3 and much more.

P.S Songs with bit rate lower than 128kbps are automatically trashed and emptied as those songs are not suitable to be used with those awesome audio mixers...

And Wednesday is our freaking Finals, it's like "WDF(?)", we just finished our 2nd mid, like, what, 2-3 weels ago. This is really madness, the is gay, this is crazy.

I really have no mood to even touch those papers. All of them are made in China. Arrgh!!!

It's been a year since my school's last production, Witches of Oz, and now just around the corners we are already preparing for this year's production, West Side Story. To be honest, I still don't know head or tail of this Broadway production, hahaha.

Don't you all ever find it annoying for people who always pull their network cable from their CPU just to cover up their lousy gaming skill in a game of DotA, Defence of the Ancients?

Well, people nowadays never learn to do it the right way, by a few simple clicks just to end the game.

Anyways, this Pull Plug method, or in other words, PP, is a very common thing and most of the players in Garena actually still do carry on with this holy ritual and practice.

My friend in the other hand also do practice this ritual, but he did it in such a way that is the purest and the holiest way of PP, he pulled the freaking power supply of his CPU, GREEEEAAAAATTT...

Now that's what you call, PRO!

Therefore, the end results is.........*Drum Rolls*....... a corrupted Windows XP OS, and it happened last night maybe at around 10PM. So I had to sacrifice my wee hours of the morning reinstalling Windows XP again for his computer.

Managed to finish it by 4:30AM today, hahahaha.

So, if who ever wants to carry on this holy ritual and practice, please don't do it the holiest and the purest, you might end up with a screwed up Operating System in you computer...hahaha

Well, 7 months has passed in a flash, amazing! I can't believe that time flew by in a blink of an eye.

What Merdeka Means to Me

Well, what is there or are there to say about it?...Hell, it means National Day...duh!

hahaha... it means freedom! freedom to the Rakyat!...hahaha...lol...

Voon Fei and I actually bothered to make a movie about Merdeka this year, and hell it was great!

Ok...let's get serious now, Merdeka is actually the independence day of Malaya which fully occured at 31st August 1957. Afterwards, from what I know, everyone partied at a guy's house jsut right after the British declared that they are no longer of any interest or things to do with Malaya for good.

Ok, I think I shall deviate myself to another topic. You know what? I haven't seen a cow before, isn't that amazing? I know it is right?....hahaha....Mooo!!!

Back to Merdeka, after our country's independence, everything including the education system, and the traffic system got, a polite word to say, SCREW up. They made a National Language, called bahasa Malaysia, and guessed what?....everyone is suffering now!

The only thing that I was very happy was that when Tun Mahathir still had his last powers, he changed the education system in such a way that ALL and i mean ALL science and maths subjects are to be taught in ENGLISH, yes.... ENGLISH....or also known as the ENGLAND LANGUAGE!....

I shall now stop for I have nothing more to comment or say about the National Day of Malaysia, which was once under the British Powders...yes...British PowDers....not Power....hahahha

Monday - Well, what a day, spoilt it was too. Supposed to go to Mid Valley with a bunch of friends, but in the end, I didn't even freaking go...Fruck the world ma!

Tuesday - Nothing happened at all, was supposed to upload all of the picture from my Camera, but somehow the power of the Lazy-ness kicked in and my power of will was overcome by the power of lazy-ness...hahaha

Cempaka 25th Anniversary & CiLC visit

Wow... what a day, yesterday was such ~~a great~~ an AWESOME day!!

We had different people divided into different groups, and those groups were give a task to either run from Cempaka Damansara's Campus to Cheras Campus or jog/walk/run from A checkpoint to another checkpoint.

I was allocated in the last group, that jogathon was great... but somehow there ain't no feeling, all I did was travelled maybe less than 2km? What the frigging hell wei!!!

No syiok at all arh!!!....I could have gone on and on....that actually sucked....hahaha

Ok, after that part of the day is OVER....we went to CiLC in Eastek(sp?) Technology Park... I ain't surprised that only the site is there, it ain't even more than one quarter finished, hack, who know if the piling work is done for the other sections of the project....lol

Well...finally The First House Cup came and gone...CeMA 2008 is officially over...*phew* what a relief... First thing is first, I can't believe that Helang was in a Shitxx of a mood before they know that they are gonna get first...

First thing is first, the movie i made is SHITXX Crap!, it looked like some piece of a rubbish home made video, so distorted and crappy...and i HATED IT, i'm not proud that i've made it cos it sux!...

I loved beruang's imovie....their's rocked to the boom!, but if u know where and how to make/get the effects, u'll be like "the hell is this crap? all copy and paste".....still so....if u do say that...shit the Furigging hell up and get lost!.

For harimau and seladang...they did a good job too...seladang was hilarious, and harimau was FUNNY and EXCITING!....

Finally, after all the stress and running up and donw,
I finally achieved Bronze Award...=.="...ok...it's only bronze, but still...it's a achievement!

There's the end of the Weekdays, and the beginning of
fun, weekends rocks!

I just had came back from the Damansara's Commencements 2008 like
one hour ago past mid-night. It was actually very tiring being in
the production team, running up and down, changing the
camera angles, changing tapes, trying to communicate without
the aid of walkie-talkies, and it's FRUSTRATING without the talkies.

Overall, the Damansarans did put up a hell of a performance during
the dinner show!....
Bravo indeed.

Now I'll have to wait another week before the Cheras Commencements 2008
is gonna be held, at the same place and same time, and I'm
gonna do the same old thing again.

Take a screwdriver and screw a screw up the school driver's bus, then unscrew all the screws on the school's bus but with a screw driver but don't unscrew the screws from the school driver's bus as the screws are screwed up by the school's driver. Finally take what's left of the screw and drive it up the driver with a screwdriver then you driver the driver crazy till he's officially screwed.
